Building the Digital Mars C++ Runtime Library

The patch includes small fixes to 3 assembler sources to make them work with recent Microsoft Assembler versions and another small change to make it compile with the latest Platform SDK.
Prerequisites
- Microsoft's Assembler (which is included in the Windows 98 DDK, get BINS_DDK.EXE and 98SETUP.EXE)
Instructions
- Copy masm386.exe to some directory which is in your PATH
- Make sure that ml.exe is also in your PATH
- Apply the patch to the RTL source code
cd \dm\src
patch -sp1 <..\dm-rtl-masm.diff - Compile the runtime library
cd \dm\src\build
smake -f snn.mak
