translate to German (by SYSTRAN)

I have studied Applied Computer Sciences (with Business and Economics) at the University of Salzburg, Department of Computer Science. In April 2000 I have started working on my master's thesis ("Diplomarbeit") about distributed simulation which I have finished in August 2001.

I finally graduated on 29 October 2001 and was admitted to the degree of a "Diplom-Ingenieur". The graduation ceremony took place on 17 January 2002, see this press release (in German) from the University of Salzburg.

Education is not received. It is achieved.

Real computer scientists despise the idea of actual hardware. Hardware has limitations, software doesn't. It's a real shame that Turing machines are so poor at I/O.
