Well, Linux 2.6.0 has been released about a week ago, so it's probably time to give it a try on my Debian woody system at home. Looking through the kernel configuration options took some time, but once the configuration was done, it compiled without any problems. Of course, I upgraded modutils and installed module-init-tools from backports.org before rebooting the machine.
Surprisingly, I only encountered a few problems after the reboot with the new kernel: I had to update chrony and configure module-init-tools to match my old modutils configuration. But everything else seems to work, so I will be using 2.6 from now on...

JabRSS now has (limited) support for the Atom syndication format. Limited means that it currently only supports "escaped" content constructs (see 3.1.2 "mode" Attribute). You can try it by just subscribing to my Atom syndication feed.

I have added an Atom feed of my blog. Let's see if this RSS/RDF variation will be of any use. I will probably add (limited) support for Atom feeds to JabRSS soon.
