OpenWatcom 1.3 seems to be nearing its release. According to Michal Necasek most tests seem to be working with the new C++ compiler, so I guess a beta release might be possible by the end of June and the final 1.3 release might happen sometime in July or August.
The good thing about the upcoming release, of course, is that it will contain some improvements for the C++ compiler, i.e. digraphs and alternative token support, default template arguments, new for-scoping rules and some namespace fixes.

I finally managed to get write access to OpenWatcom's Perforce repository so I checked in a few fixes for the C++ compiler that had been lying around on my hard-disk for some time.
