As mentioned earlier JabRSS has now been migrated to a SQLite database backend. After fixing a few remaining stability issues earlier today, the JabRSS service now seems to be stable again.
Under the hood a few things have changed: JabRSS now speaks HTTP/1.1 with ETag/If-None-Match support and has improved handling of redirects. Furthermore, feeds that properly support conditional HTTP gets will now be polled more often.
Oh and btw, it's now mostly compliant with RFC 3023.
Sun Jan 09 15:20:52 2005 GMT: Debian woody apsw Package
I have packaged apsw (Another Python SQLite Wrapper) for Debian woody, because the upcoming JabRSS will be using apsw to access its SQLite database.
BTW, I have also updated my PyXPCOM package to the Mozilla 1.7 code-base and have added a few AMD64 binary packages for Ubuntu Warty, see my Debian packages page for the details.

Even though ELinks is still a text-mode browser, it now has limited support for CSS (stylesheets) and can be compiled with ECMAScript (JavaScript) support. A Debian woody package is available from my Debian packages page.
